Someone asked me last week what the best wine was!

I asked for what purpose?!

Drinking on its own, with a type of food, to celebrate, to show off or just to invest!

My opinion on wine is personal.

Ill post what I like and advise when asked for food pairing - but anything else just complicates and takes the fun out it!

Tonight I’ve Vuurberg which is a blended and complex red - meat eaters have it with lamb - I’m having it with a veggie burger.

Friday food is all about ease and fun - and Er Indoors said she will cook so even less to do👌👌👌
