The month I’ve been waiting for and a full 31 days (not all slurping - honest!) reviewing one of my favourite wine countries ever!

Austraila

We visited and toured Oz back in 2006 and I was lucky enough to have visited a few Vinyard’s - the Hunter Valley to name the best!

We passed through Neath, a tidy town I’m told, en route to the sampling’s.

I discovered sparkling reds then and been a fan ever since.

I must have plundered all of the fizzy reds over the time and I’ll be posting and trying as many new and old ones as I can.

Austrailia have the monopoly on sparkling reds and long May it continue!

They can be slurped chilled or warm and hit the mark endlessly!

Most are Shiraz - although I’ve had a few blended which rocked too.

Shiraz versatile and forgiving with good quality seasoned food.

Anyway an old favourite of mine to kick us off and the Aldi cracker - Fork n Spoon!

They discontinued it and such a shame - but I’ve a stock!!!

Ive also included Fridays bottle which was a smooth Shiraz from the ever dependable McLaren Vale!

Totally top rated red and needed a mention too!

Last day of the long weekend - be rude not too indulge!

🇦🇺🍷👌
