Irish vines

An official for making wines and I zero idea!

Irish wines gained wine making status from the European Commission of wines - why not!! They make a fantastic range of other slurps?!

So yes you’ve guessed correct - I’m in Ireland on a work event and Dublin to be exact!

Mega country and mega people!

Ill be trying an Irish vine tonight and hopefully able to order some when I’m back home.

The blogs were parked for a wee while for holidays and a purchasing spree!

Some mega bottles to follow and one to notably mention was the Villiera blended red.

Merlot (not a first choice of mine - but too fruity) and Shiraz (mega grape) - makes a perfect combination.

I found this bottle got better with a longer than normal breathing process and needs aerating - happened by accident but then first swirl and sip = Waw!!!
