September challenge

Correct - I’m not going to walk every mountain in Wales or do anything remotely akin to that!

All about keeping hydrated and I’ve had some belting bottles over the passed few weeks that have come from online, local shops as well as Aldi / Lidl.

Obscure bottles rock and open up flavours you’d never experience.

Watching a wine programme on YouTube a few days ago that advocates my preaching that you should order food before your wine - the other way around and you could get a bad suprise!

The programme invites top chefs to cook their perfect meal - then choose the fino!

Totally the right way around!

And I’ve pasted a few cool sites that help with the pairing - yes it’s subjective because your taste buds differ - but a helping hand!

Anyway - my September challenge!

Ive pasted a few obscure world wines to this blog - in September I’m going for a complete wide variety of some crazy and far reaching bottles!

Places I’ve heard of but bottles and grapes that are completely new!

There are around 10,000 wine grape varieties in the world - now there’s a challenge 😳😳😳🤔🤔🤔🥳🥳🥳

Ill be posting the bottles on my Instagram and verdicts too!

But as many obscure ones as I can get for the September challenge!
